I’m a fully accredited personal and business coach based in London, running 1 to 1 sessions with private clients. I work face to face, over the phone or via video call to enable change, re-frame mindsets and facilitate growth.
We’ll be focusing on confidence, motivation and tackling your limiting beliefs to make sure you create and live the life you dream of.

Coaching
packages
Following your free introduction call we'll jointly agree on a package that fits your needs. I usually recommend a bundle of three to six sessions to get you started. You can also pick one of the following packages.
Two months journey
- Weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions for two months
- Email and voice note support in between sessions (week days only)
- Receive additional resources and materials to keep you going. For instance book recommendations, podcasts, videos, workbooks, reading, etc...
- Subscription to my newsletter for extra support and freebies
Four months journey
- Weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions for four months
- Email and voice note support in between sessions (week days only)
- Receive additional resources and materials to keep you going. For instance book recommendations, podcasts, videos, workbooks, reading, etc...
- Subscription to my newsletter for extra support and freebies
- Complimentary 60 min session one month after our last session to check how you're doing
Tailor Made 1-2-1
- We'll design your package together based on your needs
- We'll agree on the frequency of 90mins sessions needed for you to achieve your goal
- We'll define what you want the focus of the coaching to be on and decide if additional consultancy or mentoring is needed. Thanks to my versatile career in marketing I have direct experiences that you could benefit from on top of coaching (CV surgery, interview preparation, brand marketing audit and email marketing consultancy).
What to expect on your coaching

- The Now: we'll start by looking at your current situation, define the context.
- The You: we'll focus on goal setting and discuss where you want to get to.
- The Hurdles: we'll identify what is blocking you and stopping you from getting to The You.
- The Shift: we'll dig deeper and break down the self limiting beliefs/unhelpful narratives you live by.
- The Process: we'll plan how you can now achieve your goals.
